Von Arx DTF 25 SH LPG
With the DTF 25 SH the surface is carefully "grinded off" instead of chipping it away. Thus the machine runs smoothly and produces a professional surface. The DTF 25 SH has a drum which is equipped with diamond blades. It removes the material very precisely. For grooving or milling you can choose between two different diamond blades: one for rough and one for smooth surface preparation. For running the machine you must connect the water cooling system so the diamond blades do not overheat.
Depending on the blade type, hard, brittle to firm
or elastic surface materials can be worked e.g.:
• Asphalt and cast asphalt surfaces
• Concrete and cement, synthetic stone, floor tiles
• Screeds of cement, wood cement, ceramic etc.
• Natural stone
• Metals
• Thermoplastic materials
Surfaces made of highly elastic soft materials or
fabrics and fiber materials cannot be worked, or can
only be worked with certain limitations e.g.:
• Latex, rubber, soft plastics and foam materials
• Wood, carpets and woven materials
