DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Polished Concrete

Remove all dust and debris using an auto-scrubbing machine. If surface has remaining contaminants, use an appropriate surface prep cleaner to remove any remaining surface contaminants which may compromise uniform application.

Allow wet surfaces to dry.

At the 120 grit metal or 50grit polish stage you must follow the following steps, Can be diluted up to 30%

1. Floor must be clean and vacuumed.
2. Dampen the surface with water before you apply. There must be no standing water.
3. Apply Tool-co Grout by sprayer or block brush in front of the machine and grind into the floor using the 120# Metal or 50# Polish tool.
4. Let it cure for 3 - 6 hours to get the best results.
5. Remove excess grout off the surface using the same grit tool used to apply.
6. Make sure floor is clean and vacuum and apply Tool-Co Lithium densifier.

Skim Coat applications

Allow wet surfaces to dry.

1. 25# Diamond Grind to remove all latency and debris
2. Prime surface with undiluted Tool-Co Grout and Binder. Keep a wet edge.
3. Mix 2 parts silica flour 325 mesh with 1 part 42.5N cement
4. Add un-diluted Tool-Co Grout and Binder to dry mixture use a mechanical mixer until correct consistency.
5. Apply by steel trowel to floor.

 MAINTENANCE:

Use normal dust mopping or sweeping between occasional detergent, Ameripolish rejuvenating cleaner and water cleaning.
